After a successful and gratifying collaboration as senior leaders in a challenging yet impactful migration project in Moldova, Francisca and Ruslan wanted to continue to work together. The dynamic team then conceived and began this online service: destinationdental Moldova.

Francisca is your point of first contact and gets the ball rolling for you.
In addition to customer communications, Francisca also spearheads sales and marketing.
Francisca has been a serial entrepreneur and senior leader involving business across borders for over three decades. She is a global citizen (with Dutch and Canadian passports), having lived in Asia nearly four decades, she recently repatriated to Vancouver, Canada. She also lived, worked, and traveled throughout Moldova for five years.
Besides being fluent in English, Francisca can get along in basic conversational Dutch and French.
Ruslan Sintov

Ruslan is your man on the ground in Chisinau.
Working hand-in-hand with trusted dentists, providers of hospitality, and tour operators, he coordinates all your needs before, during, and after your visit to Moldova.
Ruslan speaks fluent Romanian, Russian, and English.
For nearly 20 years, Ruslan has designed, led, and delivered social and market research and insights for a large range of clients in Moldova.
